Maquis Revela Cabernet Franc presents an intense bright red color. It has a complex nose with some fresh red fruit, accompanied by fine herbs and floral notes. The palate is deep and elegant, with natural freshness.
« This is one of the best examples of riper, more mature and concentrated Bordeaux-style Cabernet Franc in Chile. From vineyards planted between 1999 and 2008, in alluvial soils along the Tinguiririca River in the Colchagua Valley. It has a firm tannin structure, the texture with a grip that brings to mind grilled meats. Flavours are juicy, sweet spice notes add complexity, acidity is fresh and sharp. » Patricio Tapia, Descorchados 2024.
« It is a floral Cabernet Franc, intense, blending tobacco leaves, redcurrants and mineral touches. Rich texture and freshness on the palate, with hints of raspberries, nuts and liquorice. Fibrous and fine-grained tannins with a very persistent and crisp finish, a product of the unique vineyards that give it its origin. » Rodrigo Romero, Chief Winemaker.
